Back in April, we decided to take a weekend and go to Bryce Canyon. We needed to get away from the hustle and bustle of the "big" city, so we thought a trip to a place not too far away would do us good.
We had never been to Bryce Canyon before, so weren't too sure just what to expect. On Saturday morning (our first full day), I had reserved a horse back riding expedition into Red Canyon. Pictured here is a shot of Cora and Amanda on their mounts as we all get ready to head out.
What a beautiful scene lay before us as we made our way up the canyon. I brought my SLR with me and took tons of pictures. I almost wished I hadn't brought it though since it got so dusty riding that horse.
Later, we headed out to Bryce Canyon to see what interesting formations were there to be enjoyed and photographed.
Boy, what a beautiful site to see. We enjoyed everything we saw. There were so many fascinating vistas laid before our eyes. In all, I ended up with well over 350 pictures. No wonder it took so long to process them all, never mind trying to decide which ones to put up in my gallery (click here).

Don;
This picture is amazing. I think you need to print a large copy of it and have it frames. It is stunning!
